I hit 20K SQD as a 75K with 114K SQM and got one WW PY RP, I submitted a message asking them to correct it to J RP but was turned down, quoting my elite status when hitting 20K SQD was 75K.
I escalated and got a new response today. They told me the RP is based on my status when I boarded the plane that pushed my SQD past 20K SQD, so by T&C I will only earn a WW PY RP.

I checked the T&C on https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/aeroplan/status/priority-rewards.html but it only mentions "Each Priority Reward voucher is earned based on Status Qualifying Dollars (SQD), and your Elite Status at the time you reach each SQD level."

Is this worth further escalating? Or I should just suck it up?
