recently back from boston, i am certain i was on a very recently refurbished plane because it was immaculate and the finishings on the suite were impeccable.

that said, i had issues with recline. at first i was concerned bc it refused to recline and i nearly gave up, but when i shifted around in the seat i knocked something loose and it relented to finally recline. but every time i went from upright to recline i really had to sort of throw myself into the seat to get it to kick into gear.
