I was in 1A on one of these a month ago and the electric blind would not work; it stayed shut thoughout, the cabinet door would not close. When I raised the blind issue with cabin crew they said that they were told that I had been informed about the issue on the ground and that I was okay with it! No one has spoken to me! How bad is it that they stooped to fibbing.
