The problems started at my location when they switched from MG to WU. The MO machine was down for many weeks. One time a CSR did not load the MO machine properly and somehow broke the machine. I was told the loading procedure is more challenging than MG. Most of the time, though, the CSR tells me that the MO machine is not “connecting.”
Did the locations recently make the switch to WU?
My previously reliable WM is now invariably 'machine broken' since the WU switch.
Staff are still willing, but cannot keep the machine running.
