I am writing this to you from seat 1K on the 173 to New York aboard G-STBK.

My seat is great and working flawlessly. Unfortunately, the lady in 1K has a seat that will not recline and as far as I can tell (I had the suite doors shut) no amount of manual intervention by the crew was able to resolve it as it's still in takeoff/landing position. Sadly, the cabin is full today so there's no opportunity to relocate.

This is my favourite BA F by some distance.
