Yes.

So, the Aspire if used directly will trigger the airline credit, in this case WN. The question is, what happens if you make this purchase with the Aspire through Apple Pay? This will likely trigger the promo too, which it has always for me. Finally, there are also non-Aspire related promos Amex has with Apple Pay, e.g., the current Amex Per Plat.
