Chase calls this Combining (not Transferring). You can Combine your points with hers online if the link already exists, otherwise you will need to ask Chase customer service to Combine each and every time because their system no longer allows us to add another person's account to the Combine page. I was able to get this done by SM, but it took several messages over a few days.
