It's incredible that BA cannot provide a lounge in a station such as CDG.
There are 2 pay-in lounges (Paul Maxence, next door to AA and CX lounges) that BA could partner with, that Qatar Airways of course uses when AA lounge is closed, but no, BA cannot offer.
I send a complaint each and everytime I fly from Paris to make a point, and today, someone from Customer Service called me to serve me their bland answer, refusing to escalate to management.
