There are 7 CE Avios seats available on that flight, so if there isn't an option to upgrade via MMB on the BA website, then steal yourself to call BA Holidays and see if they can a process it for you. Given it is an outstation, I wouldn't rely on being able to see if they can quote you an Airport Upgrade Price (AUP) on the day of departure.
