Actually, unless the menu is subject to change the question is moot - the viewable but not selectable menu for my flight JFK-FRA next month has the following options:
Grilled Chicken Breast
With asparagus salad and fava beans pesto
A dish exclusively created by our International Culinary Panel chefChinese Pork Rib Noodle Soup
Wheat noodles in pork broth, braised pork rib and vegetablesBraised Beef Cheek with Red Wine Sauce
Wild mushroom ragout, broccolini and crushed potatoesFried Cod and Prawns with Sam Ros Sauce
Stir-fried Asian vegetables and steamed rice
Has anybody had any of these?
Given the options, I would go with either the braised beef dish (not too dissimilar to what I posted in the other thread) or the pork dish (I do like bak kut teh, which is similar to what is described on the menu you posted). Not a big fan of chicken breast in general as too bland a cut and easy to dry out. I had a scallop and prawn dish out of JFK (I posted a pic as well). The dish was a fail so that would bias me against the seafood option.
