I am shocked that they have a mediocre spa in Ubud, particularly as their flagship property is down the road. I've organized massages at a COMO property even when I'm staying elsewhere in Bali just because they are so amazing. Most recently went to the Uma in Canggu, where the spa is small but definitely in keeping with other COMO properties.
