Sorry didn't take any photos of the actual tray setups. The beef main was actually well presented a flavoursome, thr accompanying bread (no selection) was a white garlic loaf. The desert was overly sweet and the accompanying coulis was like ice-cream sauce/syrup.

Breakfast sounded a complete turn off and so I didn't even bother waking for the service. Whoever knew leeks were a staple breakfast ingredient?!?! After 40+ years I havd no intention of startimg now.

The smell of leeks wafting in the cabin air before landing was either my flatulent seat neighbour or the rancid breakfast being passed out around me. Either way it was enough to wake the living dead... and a very over tired mileage runner to get changed and ready for landing.

As Inwas transferring on to IBX to MAD I opted for breakfast in the LGW Flounge instead and it didn't disappoint...
