Here now, on a 7-night stay. Was upgraded to an Oriental Suite several days in advance. Arrived around noon and my suite was ready. I stayed here last November, and things are mostly the same - Malin + Goetz seems to be gone, now they use some generic brand I have never heard of. In general, service is good, but lacks a little attention-to-detail, from housekeeping to reception to club lounge. But in general the service is quite pleasant.
I would say that the current lounge offerings are above average. On my last visit everything was served by the attendant, and now you can help yourself, both food and drinks. Hard liquor is served by the attendant though.
They sent a fruit basket and some biscuits to the room when I arrived. I didn't get that on my previous stay.
