I booked a Delta miles ticket with a segment on Air France and two segments on Saudia. Through the Delta website or app, I am able to select a seat on the Air France segment but not on any of the Saudia segments. It says to contact Saudia for seat assignment.

I called Saudia and first they told me that they can't do advance seat assignment for tickets purchased from Delta. Next, they said I could contact Delta for seat assignment on Saudia. I called Delta and they weren't able to help. They said to do seat selection on Saudia website. However, like the OP, on Saudia's seat selection page, I only see my flight information with no link to "add baggage, seats, and wifi." The "manage booking" button does nothing. Extremely frustrating.

Since I am a new user on flyertalk, I'm not able to post a screenshot. My view of Saudia's website looks almost the same as on OccasionalFlyerPerson 's post above except I don't see the buttons "Update Passenger Information" and "Add Baggage, Seats and WiFi."

Any suggestions?
