With winter rapidly approaching and the Yen at 145 to the Dollar I'd be surprised UA ramps up much more capacity to Japan unless they get some great cargo deals - sure, a great time for Americans to go to Japan but not so much for Japanese to visit the US. Here in Hawaii, they are hoping for 50% of pre-pandemic Japanese arrivals but aren't very optimistic about that forecast (mainland arrivals exceed pre-pandemic arrivals as a data point).
