3+ months for KF GOLD status match
I recently applied for a status match on SQ from AA plat

it is pending for over 3 months

I have contacted both KF_Contact and Krisflyer_social. At first they would reply back to me, but now no one replies

I have switched all my travels from CX, then QR, and now to SQ.

I have given details to SQ of my 9 purchased tickets on SQ between INDIA-US, filled out forms, and submitted online

This is more than enough for PPS, but still no response back

I already have a new high flyer account based on my travel patterns

Why is SQ so slow to status match ?

Can anyone help with a contact at SQ to escalate/expedite ?
