There are more details about this in the main thread, but if this was an eVoucher from a revenue ticket, it can't be used on a redemption, but it can be used on BAH to pay down the non deposit amount. The reason being is that the ticketing structure for redemption tickets is very different to redemption tickets, and so the system can't automatically process it, it's an apple and pears scenaio.
