GH Playa del Carmen's lounge was open (and PACKED) when I stayed there in April. As far as other Hyatt's I have been to this year:

-HR Denver downtown - NO LOUNGE
-HR Denver Tech Center - NO LOUNGE
-HR Boston downtown - NO LOUNGE
-HR DFW - NO LOUNGE
-HR Maui - Lounge open and generally busy!
