I used to have no issue getting 5 seats in J at "low" rate with flexibility. 2nd best was the day flight NYC-LHR. I very much doubt you could do that today and if so it would be either too many miles or too much in fees to make it cost-effective. 200K could get you 5 in Y one-way but that doesn't sound like a great option.

I would check for Amex pay with points in economy as that can be a good deal.
