These two would have ruined my stay there. I've never experienced this level of service fails at the MOBKK, but I do have a friend that will curse whenever the hotel's name is mentioned. She was coming to visit me at the hotel and the doormen gave her such grief about coming into the hotel she swore never to set foot in it again.
