I'm flying BOM-MLE in about 15 days....when i check out the upgrade page and add my flight info, it says that there are no upgrade offers available at the moment. Do offers appear a certain amount of days before travel? Also, anyone have any idea how much this upgrade would cost? Currently in PE, paid with cash.
