It's like rebooking someone AMS - ARN - BLL (second leg on SK) the following day, instead of on AMS - CPH or AMS - AAL the same day, even though there were seats available and the pax specifically requested to be rebooked on or the other of those flights. Beats me why KL would prefer to pay SK for the ticket and reimburse the pax for a hotel night plus meals.

When it comes to refusing upgrades and booking passengers on another carrier instead, it’s because those who have not paid for the Wanders Box cannot be allowed to marvel at its magnificence. They must fly Lufthansa instead 😉
