For me, what it's upsetting is the hypocrisy. In the Conrad water bottle label, the hotel boasts that it is protecting the environment by offering a reusable bottle with local sourced water, etc. Then at dinner the environment is suddenly not so relevant anymore. Better to offer only bottles brought all the way from Norway, with large plastic caps (with a 1,000% markup, naturally).
