So it seems Qantas AKL-RAR-SYD is ok?

Tool says so, prices up as a Oneworld Explorer ticket, though I know that's not definitive.
If you can find a QF codeshare on Jetstar then that is OK. I only saw AirNewZealand and Jetstar prime operated flights when I checked; did not see QF codes.
