A bit off topic, but I had a choice of LHR to BWI in J or LHR to IAD in F. Baltimore Inner Harbor was my destination

I chose F and regretted it for at least two of the three plus hours I was in a car going from IAD to BWI. DC traffic was awful.
I'd go LHR to BWI in Y rather than LHR to IAD in WT+ if I was in similar situation.
