Okay, Not familiar with most of those:
But, the Grand Hyatt DFW has never had a lounge (I don't think). And the HR Boston Cambridge also had no lounge when I stayed there before (2018-2020, I remember they had a great restaurant though).
So, maybe your complaint isn't that they 'have never reopened', but more along the lines that Hyatt doesn't do a lot of lounges at full service properties.
