HfP are reporting a new 100k Avios bonus for joining Barclays Avios Rewards with Premier Banking and the Plus card. I haven't read all of it yet but you need to join the full monty of Barclays Premier, Avios Rewards and an Avios Plus card, and at least not have one of them to be eligible.
