I had this issue whilst in UK/Canada recently with web browser on iPad, but no issues with app on phone. Annoying as I wanted to lodge an RU.

The ‘additional field’ seems to be completion of the capcha, but even then it didn’t work.

Ssems to have resolved now back in NZ.
