Modified booking / ticketing question
Hello all
my Avios flight moved by a few hours so I called and asked to move to a different flight the day before.
the agent did the changes and I can see the new flight in MMB.
weirdly - in the app it shows the ticket number and allows me to select seats. Although it won’t allow me to select the bassinet one despite having an infant on the booking and the prior flight allowing me to have that before it moved (chance they are both booked but unlikely)
however MMB online doesn’t allow me to select seats nor will it allow me to show the e-ticket receipt.
do you think there is an issue I need to follow up on? Or it will work itself out?
