So i booked an economy ticket LIS-MAD(IB3109)+ MAD-LHR(IB3166) . Wondering if the seats i selected in Premium economy for the MAD-LHR will "stick" - e.g. it asked for payment (22euro per seat) but i never paid but they appear to be OK in the booking and on other one world sites when i manage my booking.

Also do you get premium economy food in these seats?

Also I boked hand baggage only but have read mixed reports of getting checked in luggage as a OWE, my ticket says 0PC, will I be able add in checked luggage for free before going to the airport? I am worried about turning up to the airport with checked luggage and being charged.
