I stayed at a Sheraton at Niagara Falls (the conference centre one) on the 4th and I called it in for the 5k stay bonus. At first the csr tried to get me to call spg and I told her that she should talk to her manager about it since she was obviously clueless. Then she asked for the coupon and I said I didn't receive one. After many minutes on hold, she said she sent a note to the "proper" department and they'll look into it. It didn't sound very convincing... I guess I have to wait a week to see if the points posted and call them again.
