As an originating pax at ORD this August, I was able to check in for a Finnair flight at their T5 ticket counter and then hop over to T3 to access the Flagship Lounge. I had no problem at T3 TSA or checking in at the H/K lounge with my Finnair boarding pass. If those access privileges went away, it is a VERY recent change.
