All I wanted to do was switch a SIN-SYD to SIN-MEL award. Same 40K miles. Taxes maybe off by a few dollars. Why cant their system just switch it and credit the few bucks in taxes and be done. Its ridiculous they have to cancel the first and redeposit miles and then do a whole separate ticketing of the other.

That aside, you cant do anything on their site with miles how you can with DL & UA. Sometimes with AA they get redeposited and sometimes they dont.

This agent was so incompetent. I am starting all over today.
I was also surprised when a regular ticket I had was from an airport that had a travel advisory, and a message appeared on the app, showing the travel advisory. But the ticket couldn’t be changed online or on the app, despite there being a travel advisory- what gives?
