Hey, same issue here. I have an AA ticket, AA flight numbers, JAL operated. AA has given me the JAL locator (different from AA one.) I have tried every possible combination of my name on the JAL site, but it cannot be found. I'm using this page. Can anyone help? EDIT TO ADD: I have (AA) ticket numbers already.
