I booked a stay at Hampton Inn in Bogota directly on the hilton.com, but after a long discussion with Hilton they did kept claiming that the Semi-Flex rate I booked with them on their own web-site was not eligible for stay credits.
I am at a point where I am seriously considering giving up my Dimamond membership and continue with Marriott.
Has anyone else experience the same issue?
