No there is no comprehensive list. Hotels open and close lounges routinely so an up-to-date list would be very difficult to maintain, and now with covid that difficulty has become greatly exacerbated.
The lounge at the Grand Reserve opened back up in January. I'm not sure what happened during your stay?!
Honestly, there are few-to-zero lounges anywhere in the world that would be worth traveling to on their own, so I'd really just stick to researching places you're interested in and then seeing if you come across any lounges organically (on the Hyatt site they would be selling "club rooms" or rooms with "club access") Then do some further research to find out if the lounge is of decent quality. I get that it could tip the scales for your choice in hotel or even destination city, but I wouldn't look at a list of lounges and then travel to a city based on that.
