If it was purchased on united.com, you will earn miles based on fare paid regardless of the carrier. From https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly...ng-credit.html
For ticket numbers beginning with 016, MileagePlus members will earn Premier qualifying point(s) equal to the fare.
Additionally, you may even get zero PQP depending on the fare purchased:
International Basic Economy tickets on Air Canada, Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS are ineligible for Premier qualifying flights.
