I studiously avoid BA, but in my experience, QR have a comparable Y product with EK; no PE, but you seem to dislike the EK PE product; a better top-tier product on J (Q Suites trump both EK’s J product any day, and it sounds like you wouldn’t pay for either EK product); and while QR have a limited F offering, I haven’t seen you regale us with tales of woe about EK F, so presumably you don’t fly it much.
I thought I had answered that by explaining I no longer have to spend time on the 777. Plus I have had a lot of op-ups this year already, my route is almost always oversold in Y on EK. Plus I like the ground experience in DXB and if I was going to go with a different airline (which I have a number of times) I would fly with BR direct. I have flown F twice this year, I just don't get involved with the wine snobbery as I think it is laughable.
Did your partner fly the 777 is that why you take criticism of it so personal?
