Friday night at Dulles- menu in first dining area. All out of starters. Half of the business area of the lounge was closed- the end with the bar- as they had no bartender. I asked for a gin and tonic and was told no due to the absence of anyone on the bar. Only wine, beer or self serve whiskey was available.
