Hi,

I returned from Dubai yesterday on flight 108. The starter was a tomato and mozzarella salad. Then a choice of beef steak, roast chicken on freekah, or mushroom pasta. The pudding was brûlée and the cheeses were Stilton and and orange coloured cheese.

The second meal was afternoon tea.....Egg and cress and cheese and cucumber sandwiches or Salmon and pastrami (not together!). The cake was a strawberry shortcake and a lemon macaroon.

It was still the one tray service.

I must say the cabin crew were excellent and the wine was topped up several times. There was also a pre dinner drinks service.

The CSM was also took the time to introduce herself to everyone and was keen to make sure that everyone was happy.
