Thanks for this. I only have experience with lost bags from pre-pandemic times, where the bag would usually be rushed to you on the same day it landed. Bit of a nuisance with the buggy. They are quite pricey (well, the decent ones are) so we don't have a second one.
So buy a cheap one, bill BA your expenses then add it to craigslist once the pricey one shows up?
