The option of transferring AMEX MR points or Chase UR points is not listed as a qualifying activity in the above link. However, the following link on Marriott's website that I found provides another set of qualifying activities where it is included:

Don't know why there are 2 webpages with different information (maybe targeting different regions??), but what is the most current set of activities? My plan was to just transfer minimal amount of MR points, but not sure if that option is still part of the qualifying activity.
