Problems with Hertz as a Rapid Reward "partner"

I routinely rent from Hertz, and have SWA Rapid Rewards listed on my profile as preferred rather than getting Hertz Gold points. For recent rentals, despite having the SWA preference in my profile, Hertz has been awarding Hertz Gold points rather than the promised SWA 600 points per rental. Is this now a common problem with Hertz? In years past, prior to their bankruptcy filing, Hertz posted the 600 SWA points without much hassle. I note that Hertz has apparently now removed the website option to convert Hertz points to SWA Rapid Reward points, and it has been reported that even the option to choose SWA points over Hertz Gold points may be absent when setting up a new Hertz Gold profile. Yet, Hertz remains on the SWA list of Rapid Reward partners. I've contacted Hertz customer service (the term is an oxymoron) and also filed missing points requests, to no avail. If Hertz is not a fully participating Rapid Reward partner, then they need to be removed from that category by SWA. Is anyone else seeing this problem?
