Seems like JL recently became eligible for the ITD facility for connections to WS. NH is currently the only carrier arriving from Japan that is not eligible for the ITD Facility. This means that all pax arriving from NH must clear Canada Customs during the awful 11am INTL rush at YVR (1 hour+ customs delays without NEXUS), re-check all bags and clear security via the landside checkpoints. Keep this in mind when booking your post-COVID restrictions trip to Japan.
