Lost bag - no way to contact courier. What to do?
Hello all,
This is a bit of an odd situation. On a recent BA connection (last Monday), our kid's buggy was not delivered on arrival (originally supposed to be delivered at gate in LHR, then rerouted by BA staff onto our connection).
Claim opened at destination, updated the next day as "preparing for delivery". Since then, no more updates. The last time I spoke to the BA baggage team (this morning) they said the bag has been with the courier for a few days, but they can't give me contact information, or even tell me what the company is! So BA are telling me they have done their bit but I don't have the buggy and I can't contact whoever supposedly has it.
Any advice on what to do? The BA baggage team just keep telling me to wait another 24 hours...
