Tried calling their 800-438-5000 toll free number today but the call never went through at around 5:30 pm EST, where I was left hung up right when I dialed it. I thought it was an issue with my phone, but that wasn't the case. I then tried calling their LA customer service office but the same thing happened.

Is this even the right phone number? Do they only operate their call centers at certain times? I used to fly KE once every while pre-pandemic when I was with EK and this never happened to me before.
