Fair enough, but even if they did communicate it better, the document in which they communicated it better would be so long and convoluted and written in a legal framework for every situation that just like no one reads every clause of the travel contract every time they travel (clauses change) it’s reasonable to presume that the majority of people wouldn’t have a clue.
I thought that it was being suggested that there was no representation at outstations. If there is no representation at outstations they cannot discharge the obligation of their duty of care for the vast majority of their customers. If they cancel a flight they are simply abandoning customers. They are certainly not taking care of them.
