You seem to be suggesting that BA are discharging their duty of care because their customers are presumed to be sufficiently expert on EU261.
well I suppose I should have added ba should communicate this better to people. I did also say I know some people will need help.

also I am not actually sure there would be no one to help. I don’t think anyone has suggested ba will have no contracted staff at outstations or that they won’t be able to book hotels in the case of cancellations.
