BA’s current operational issues extend far beyond outstations. I am currently on a bus returning to the gate because the BA482 to BCN has developed mystery operational issues whilst three buses were sat by the aircraft for 30 minutes waiting to board. One off? Erm, no. This is my second flight in the last week this has happened to after my JTR-LHR was delayed for almost 24 hours overnight from Sunday to Monday.

Looking like my second EU261 claim in five days against BA may be pending…
