I usually use cargo schedule as a reference. (https://media.united.com/assets/m/37...ember-2022.pdf) It updates every month.

It only has general aircraft info such as 767, 777 and 787. You will have to check United schedule to know the specific aircraft (763 or 764 for example) for your route.
